I really feel thet the management of this hotel should be dismissed and a new dedicated team put in place that actually looks after the customers who pay a fortune to stay here.įlamingo Las Vegas Hotel & Casino offers its guests a full-service spa, a health club, and a sauna. This in not the 1st time they have done this to me as I stayed here the year before and had a similar experience but that time with BED BUGS. They put me in a room one away from the lifts and that overlooks the main road and worst yet a night club (Drais), so I end up with no sleep until after 4am. So I arrive at the hotel and they again ignored my request at the front desk. They told me some story that they can not pre-allocate rooms, but this is a lie as any hotel with a decent room reservation system can do this. I again wrote to them both via email and via Twitter to re-affirm this. When I booked a room way back in July 2019 I asked for a quiet room away from nosie. ![]() This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in with deceitful staff and useless management that could not care less about you as a customer. ![]()
